Caduceus Occupational Medicine, located at 4770 Fulton Industrial Boulevard, selected SKYLINE to provide demolition and renovation of a 2,700 SF building, including interior and exterior improvements
SKYLINE provided architectural and engineering design for space conversion of the proposed tenant space, interior demolition of walls and concrete floors for: managing the permitting process and submitting documentation for obtaining building permit approval, commissioning of HVAC system assessment and findings, and analysis of existing sanitary sewer. Challenges for permit consideration was path of egress (exit route) passing through the adjacent business toward the rear of the building.
Interior renovation services included: repair of existing drywall and paint prepping, relocation and re-use of existing sinks, bathroom light fixture installation, installation of countertops and cabinets, urine sample room and physical therapy room, exit signage, switch and receptacle relocation, and a security door.
SKYLINE provided exterior renovation involving the building’s envelope where the wall was prepped for paint, entrance repairs were made, and entrance lighting installed that was specified by owner. From concept to completion the project work was scheduled for twenty-eight days.
