SKYLINE recommended the contractor tasks may entail mobilization, erosion control, traffic control, demolition, site prep, concrete pour, utility construction, and final inspections.
SKYLINE’s construction management service providing value engineering saved the client approximately $40,000. Additional services included providing a weekly and monthly reports, pay request review, and change management. The SKYLINE was also responsible for daily communications with the team members.
